Summary:
Senator Sanborn of Cumberland is the sponsor. Public Law 2021, chapter 28, Part D, section 1 governs the permitted delegation of COVID-19 vaccine administration at point-of-dispensing vaccine sites, but that law is effective only during the state of emergency declared by the Governor as of March 15, 2020 and the renewals of that declaration. This bill expands the applicability of that law so that it applies beyond a declared state of emergency.
