Summary:

Senator Farrin of Somerset amends the definition of "low-alcohol spirits product" by raising the maximum alcohol level of a low-alcohol spirits product from 8% to 15%. This bill provides that a low-alcohol spirits product manufactured or imported by a malt liquor or wine certificate holder be distributed by a wholesaler and a low-alcohol spirits product manufactured or imported by a spirits certificate of approval holder.
