Senator Luchini of Hancock would makes permanent the changes to the liquor laws made by Public Law 2021, chapters 3 and 91, which were to be repealed September 10, 2022, allowing qualified on premises retailers and qualified distilleries to sell liquor for off-premises consumption under certain conditions and the sale of cocktails for on-premises consumption at distilleries and small distilleries.
