Summary:
Resolve 2021, chapter 122 established the Commission To Develop a Paid Family and Medical Leave Benefits Program and requires the commission to submit a report no later than February 1, 2022. This resolve extends the date for the commission to submit its report to November 2, 2022. This resolve also provides that funds appropriated or allocated pursuant to Resolve 2021, chapter 122 do not lapse but must be carried forward into the next fiscal year to be used for the purpose for which the funds were provided.
