Summary:
Representative Kinney of Knox would allow a municipality by ordinance to allow grocery stores with no more than 10,000 square feet to be open on Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas. (Emergency)
This same bill was passed in the 128th legislature, but was vetoed by Governor LePage. The veto was sustained and the bill died.
