Summary:
Representative Rudnicki of Fairfield provides a minimum hourly wage of $9.75 starting January 1, 2022 for an employee who has not attained 20 years of age and is a student at a secondary or postsecondary school and an employee who has not attained 18 years of age. On January 1, 2023 and each January 1st thereafter, this minimum hourly wage must be increased by the increase, if any, in the cost of living.
